Rear Wheel Arch Board
Our complete off-grid board for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Volkswagen Crafter vans. It mounts over the rear wheel arch, bolting into the factory mounting holes. It runs 240V appliances from a 3kVA inverter and delivers up to 170A of combined charge from the alternator, roof solar and a portable solar blanket, plus a further 120A from mains power. Designed to pair with Element 3 Pro Series batteries.

Our essentials board for canopy setups. It runs your fridge, lights, fans and phone charging, with a built-in switch panel, Anderson outlets and charging sockets. It delivers up to 70A of combined charge from the alternator and solar, plus a further 30A from mains power. A simple, affordable setup without 240V power points.

Custom build
South Coast Van Fitouts
A custom board built for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 419 AWD fitout by South Coast Van Fitouts. Designed for maximum charging, it delivers up to 280A of combined charge, with 150A from the alternator and 130A from three separate solar arrays, so the van can stay off-grid for longer without relying on mains power.
240V wiring must be done by a licensed electrician
All 240V wiring, including inverter AC outputs, shore power inlets and 240V outlets, must be installed and certified by a licensed electrician in line with Australian Standards. Our team can take care of the 240V side for you. Just let us know when you request a quote.
