• Environmental damage (flood, fire, corrosion, poor storage).
• Batteries that have reached normal end of life (below 70% capacity from regular use).

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us by email.
2. We will provide you with a Warranty Claim Request Form to complete requiring:
   • Description of the issue
   • 2+ photos
   • Proof of purchase
3. If approved, we’ll repair or replace your battery at no cost.
4. If no fault is found, a flat inspection/return fee (quoted up front) will apply.
