Element3 was founded by Jarrod Twigg, a licensed electrician based in Wollongong, NSW. Jarrod began his career working on residential and commercial electrical projects, but quickly discovered a passion for vehicle power systems. That passion led him to establish JT Electrical Group NSW in 2018.
Through years of hands-on work with caravans, 4WDs, campers, and off-grid homes, Jarrod began noticing a serious industry-wide issue: many electrical systems — especially lithium batteries — were poor quality, poorly installed, or not compliant with Australian standards. Customers were relying on products that weren’t safe, weren’t durable, and weren’t designed for real Australian conditions.
Recognising this gap in the market, Jarrod set out to create something better.
In 2025, he founded Element3 Battery Technology with a mission to design premium, fully AS/NZS 3001 compliant lithium batteries that installers and customers could trust.
This vision led to the development of the Element3 Pro Series and Core Series lithium batteries — engineered for performance, safety, and long-term reliability.
From there, Jarrod expanded the range to include lighting and 12V accessories, designing products that deliver higher performance and better value without compromising on quality.
Today, Element3 continues to grow from its roots in Wollongong — driven by innovation, real-world experience, and a commitment to delivering reliable power beyond the grid.
